FAQ
Does sponsorship affect my CMS or Google rating shown on WeCarely?
No. We display the public CMS star rating and Google reviews exactly as they are. We never edit, weight, or hide them.
How do families know which agencies are sponsored?
Every sponsored placement carries a visible "Sponsored" label. The directory's default order is by trust score (CMS + Google), not by who pays.
How many slots are there?
Four sponsored slots per city. We only add capacity when organic traffic in that market supports it — we don't want to dilute visibility.
Can I cancel?
Yes — month-to-month, no contract. Cancel anytime; we'll prorate the current month.
Do you accept lead-gen referrals?
No. WeCarely is a directory, not a referral service. Families contact you directly. We don't take a cut of placements or admissions.
My city isn't listed yet. Can I still reach out?
